PlasterMax-IND

PlasterMax-IND is an interior cement plaster formulated for industrial strength and high abuse protection. The product can be painted or stained and finished in a wide range of textures. PlasterMax-IND may be installed over gypsum board/drywall, magnesium board, cement block, and other suitable cement substrates to provide superior scratch and impact resistance.

lasterMax-IND is especially abrasion-resistant compared to other interior wall finishes including gypsum board/drywall and other plaster coatings
Provides a high strength finish for high-abuse areas in K-12 schools, colleges/universities, hotels, government buildings, military installations, health care facilities, commercial office space, and multi-family residential applications
PlasterMax-IND offers zero flame spread and smoke developed indexes (ASTM E84) and is a noncombustible building material (ASTM E136)
The product exceeds EPA, State of California, and CHPS (Collaborative for High Performance Schools) VOC emission and indoor air quality standards
Offers single coat applications typically ranging between 1/8” and 1/4”
Provides increased strength and reduced shrinking or cracking for lower wall maintenance costs
PlasterMax-IND may be applied through conventional plaster or paint texture guns common to the painting and plastering industry or by hand trowel

PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat

PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat is a cement plaster interior coating specifically formulated for ICF (Insulating Concrete Form) applications. The product offers unparalleled performance as a direct-applied finish over the EPS foam surfaces of ICF systems. Depending on the application and substrate, PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat is typically applied at a thickness of 3/8” and provides fire and thermal protection over EPS foam substrates. This revolutionary product eliminates the requirement to install drywall over ICF systems. When PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat is finished with PlasterMax-ICF Finish Coat, these products provide a high abuse resistant direct applied coating for ICF construction.
  • Most PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat applications are direct applied over ICF foam substrates and installed without the use of lath
  • PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat provides fire and thermal protection of EPS foam substrates
  • PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat offers zero flame spread and smoke developed indexes (ASTM E84)
  • The product exceeds EPA, State of California, and CHPS (Collaborative for High Performance Schools) VOC emission and indoor air quality standards
  • Provides a suitable base and final finish for areas above ceiling grids or other areas not requiring abuse resistance
  • PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat may be applied with commercial spraying equipment

GigaCrete

Concrete is perhaps the central or primary material used in modern day construction. Indeed it may be said that nearly every significant large scale structure of the twentieth century used Portland cement in some form or another.

Concrete is the most versatile and globally abundant building material in use today. If a product existed that could replicate the benefits of concrete while improving the properties, it would truly be revolutionary GIGACRETE is such a product.

GigaCrete Inc is preparing to enter the market with brand new revolutionary
products similar to conventional cement based products, but with many advantages and few drawbacks.

Compressed Bricks

Why is enzyme stabilization important?
  • Increases compressive strength of soil: the enzyme acts as a catalyst to accelerate and strengthen road material bonding. The enzyme creates a more dense, cohesive and stable soil.
  • Reduces compaction effort and improves soil workability: Lubricates the soil particles. This makes the soil easier to grade and allows the compactor to achieve targeted soil density with fewer passes.
  • Increases soil density: helps reduce voids between soil particles by altering electro-chemical attraction in soil particles and releasing bound water. The result is a tighter, dryer, more dense road foundation.
  • Lowers water permeability: Tighter soil configurations discourage the migration of water that normally occurs in the voids between particles. Greater resistance to water penetration deterioration.
  • Environmentally safe: Enzymes are natural, safe (organic) materials. These materials are non-toxic and will cause no harm or danger to humans, animals, fish or vegetation.
  • Cost effective: All weather, low maintenance soil roads can be achieved for small fraction of bituminous paving or other resurfacing costs.
  • Simple to use: The enzyme is simply added to water, applied with a sprayer truck and mixed into the material. The enzyme comes in liquid concentrate. This benefit eases handling and preparation procedures and adds to the cost effectiveness. None of the elements in the natural organic materials are combustible.

GEOWEB

Patented Perforated System creates better lateral drainage, increased frictional interlock with aggregates and concrete, and increased root lock-up with vegetated systems.

CA MAX

Leviev CA Max™ is a new product offering designed to increase the compressive strength of certain concrete design mixes and to virtually eliminated the srinkage (and cracking of concrete).

US demand for cement and concrete additives is forecast to advance 6.8 percent annually (including price increases) to $1.8 billionin 2008. Growth will be driven by an acceleration in construction spending (which will boost cement usage) as well as by increasedadditive loadings. Source: The FreedoniaGroup, Inc.
