Biological Purification Systems

Environment influences quality of our life very much, and this becomes especially noticeable with worsening of environmental situation. In Europe now they pay much attention to environmental restoration activities, including development and implementation of brand new technologies of waste water treatment. Suggested technologies of biological purification using rhythmic aeration are notable for absolute absence of anaerobic processes in production string. This means total lack of odour and "raw" sludge. We don't collect waste in presettlig tanks, but "biologically incinerate" all sewerage waste, not using any chemicals except oxygen from the air. Specially developed rhythmic aerotanks make it possible to neutralize all basic waste of household sewerage, including phosphates, ammonium nitrogen compounds, nitrates and nitrites. Using these new technologies in urban waste water treatment facilities will help to exclude fetid odour and dangerous "raw" sludge accumulation. Advantages of “EUROBION” units

Model line of waste water treatment units of "EUROBION" system is developed in consideration of individual needs of different operation conditions.
Units with larger productivity (from 10 m3 per day and more) can have six step technology of purification, which allows purifying sewerage at objects of public use (hotels, holiday centers, cottage settlements, schools, sport clubs, public catering establishments etc.)
  • Lid is above ground surface, which allows to easily control and service the unit, and also free oxygen access to compressor module is provided. With the lid closure instrument module is encapsulated, and there appear normal temperature and humidity conditions from heating of valve body and air-blower.
  • The unit has all-in-one piece body, and this lessen construction size and heat loss to the minimum.
  • Integral structure and unique features of body material (polypropylene) allow using the unit in Russia's climate conditions.
  • Special welding technology guarantees complete water-resistance of unit's body, and its high mechanic durability.

Common practice of excess sewage discharge after exceeding limited volume of volley of sewage into environment is totally eliminated in EUROBION units.
  • Implementation of film membrane aerators "POLIATR", which have warranty period for more than 10! years, let us confidently work with ARS- technologies (the most effective technologies with interrupted aeration for the present day). And, as an effect, we have increasing quality of purification.
  • Implementation of microprocessor control unit and automatic switching valves let us fully automate purification technology.
  • Thanks to airlift implementation, the biomass is not destroyed during pumping. Absence of mechanical devices increases reliability of the whole system. The design of the main pump's inner blow-off and its permanent functioning eliminates its clogging.
  • Level sensors "TENZOLAN" let the unit correct automatically function modes in accordance with inflowing discharge volume.
  • Aerobic stabilizer of activated sludge excess allows using waste as fertilizer right after removing it from the unit. Removal of stabilized sludge is carried out by common airlift, which makes it possible to do without cesspoolage truck or additional pumping equipment.
